FMO Revisions

Steps:

1. Pull up Resident Ledger
2. Click on "More Actions"
3. Click on "Remove From Collections"
4. Click "Yes" on remove collections box
5. Add/Remove any charges that need adjusting
6. Click on "More Actions"
7. Click "Revise Financial Move-Out"
8. Click on "More Actions"
9. Click on "Exclude from Collections"
10. Add in reason for excluding from collections (ex: FMO edited)
11. Send new FMO and changes to Debt Recovery at hrarecovery@horizonra.com.
