Delinquency Notes

Brought to you by the Optimization & Ancillary Services team

There should be a delinquency note for any account with an outstanding balance. Delinquency notes can be viewed on the Activity Log and the most recent delinquency note will appear on the Delinquency Report.

Steps:

1. Pull up resident's account
2. On the right hand side, under "Add Activity", click on the yellow notepad.
3. Select " Delinquency Note"
4. Type in your delinquency note and click "Add Note"
5. Alternately you can go to the residents Activity Log
6. Click "Add Activity"
7. Select "Delinquency Note" as Event Type
8. Enter Note and click "Submit"
