15. GPR 2- Verify No Double Rent Has Been Charged

Steps:

1. Go to Company Reports > AME > Gross Potential Rent (GPR)
2. Check the Potential Rent column for any abnormally high values
3. If the potential rent value for apartment is abnormally high, click on the blue apartment number. 
4. Verify that rent was not charged to two apartments in the same month.
5. If double rent was charged, remove rent from one account and re-pull report.
