Incomplete Move-in Checklist Contact Point

Steps:


  1. Go to Setup > Properties > Select Property > Communication > Contact Points > Residents > Events > Checklists > Incomplete Move-in Checklist Items (3 Days before)
  2.  Click the pencil next "Income Move-in Checklist Items (3 Days before)"
  3.  You can edit the number of days Move-in that this email will send. It is defaulted to 3 days.
  4. Check the box next to "Send an Automated Email"
  5. Click "Design Email"
  6. Compose your email to residents letting them know that they have incomplete move-in checklist items that need to be completed.
  7. Click "Save"
  8. Click "Save Event"
  9. This email will automatically send out to anyone with incomplete checklist items "X" days before move-in
