    • Shared commitment = strong commitment
    • Homework: “What did I do today to cast vision to becoming an impactful leader?” We will be calling on people to answer during the next call so be prepared with your response ?

    • Lead by example & use your tools
      • Statement review, tour calendar, property walks, Trello, share enhancement with residents, etc. etc.

  • Rob Marshall - We strive to create a culture of servant leadership.
    • A servant leader is someone who helps you become the best version of yourself in all areas of your life.  
      • When you are around them, you just feel better! They almost believe in you more than you believe in yourself. You are your best self when around them.
    • How do you become an effective servant leader?
      • Information – get to know them/your team intentionally.
      • Trust – you must be trusted. They need to know you are committed to help your team be their best self 100% of the time. Personally & Professionally. Not when it is convenient, 100% of the time.
      • Accountability – open/honest communication comes with trust.
  • Nate Warren - We are committed to creating growth opportunities at every level.
    • 3 key elements to elevate each other!
      • Mentorship – find a mentor. Find someone you can mentor.
      • Curiosity – it’s in our DNA!
      • Transparency – be open & honest with people.
  • We are 89 days to MER in Nashville!!!
    • Book your flights!
