- When you are around them, you just feel better! They almost believe in you more than you believe in yourself. You are your best self when around them.
- How do you become an effective servant leader?
- Information – get to know them/your team intentionally.
- Trust – you must be trusted. They need to know you are committed to help your team be their best self 100% of the time. Personally & Professionally. Not when it is convenient, 100% of the time.
- Accountability – open/honest communication comes with trust.
