Every special offer should be created with a set deadline in mind. 

 

Procedure (HRA Way!):


To create effective urgency with your special, use the following checklist:

 

  • Set a goal with the team
  • Generate Renewal Offers (if renewal special)
  • Instagram – Post & Story
  • Google My Business Post
  • Office POP
  • Message Center Blast – use a countdown timer
  • Phone Blitz
  • Mass Text
  • Team Communication – make sure it’s a big deal!
  • Website
    • Special Banner – deadline clearly marketed?
    • Floor Plan Specials
  • Is the deadline clear for your special?
  • Update prices
