To ensure the safety of our team members as well as for the safety of our prospects.
Policy (What you’re supposed to do):
Fair Housing requires that all properties provide inclusive communities, free from discrimination. It is important to be consistent when ensuring the safety of yourself and your team.
Procedure (HRA Way!):
Tour times should be held during daylight hours. This lowers the risk of any hazard and eliminates our team from driving golf carts in the dark. It is our responsibility to obtain our prospects photo identification on every tour.
