Starting April 1, 2024, Aetna Resources for Living is launching Mind Companion Self-care, your new self-guided support tool to help manage mental health and well-being. Check out this demo video for a walkthrough of Mind Companion Self-care.

Mind Companion Self-care is an online mental well-being program that provides suport where and when you need it. This digital self-paced support program provides access to evidence-based support tools to help manage depression, anxiety, substance misuse and more.

After selecting a focus area, you'll be guided through sessions that include videos, interactive questions and relaxation exercises. You can also track your mood to see progress over time. These tools can help develop healthy behaviors to improve overall well-being.

Mind Companion Self-care includes support for issues such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Anger
  • Substance misuse
  • Sleep
  • Stress
  • Marriage/romantic relationships
  • Work/life balance
  • Conflicts at work
  • Work productivity and more

 

You do NOT need to be enrolled in a medical plan through Horizon to access these services.
