Daily Reporting

Student properties will submit/send a Daily Report during the lease-up to provide a quick update on their leasing activity to ensure velocity is on track. Conventional properties will only submit daily leasing reports when requested by their regional.

Daily Reports should be submitted at the end of business hours through the Source Daily Reporting tool.

The input fields of the Daily Report should be used to record leasing activity for the term you are preleasing for. Pull the Property Pulse or Leasing Performance report in Entrata for the top Leasing section results for the day. Please ensure your Source Lease Tracker is up to date before completing and sending your Daily Report.

Hot Leads: The number of leads you believe you will close this week.
Backfills: Student properties only. Immediate move-in leases to fill vacancy.
Leads: New guest cards submitted today.
Leases: Countersigned leases from today.
Applications: Completed today.
Renewals: Countersigned renewals from today.
Cancellations: Cancelled future renewal or future prelease.
Skips: Early move-outs/lease terminations.
Tours: Completed today.
