Adding A Check Scanner

This tutorial is for the Tellerscan TS240 and TS250. Please check to make sure you have this check scanner. If not please submit a ticket to techsupport@horizonra.com for further assistance. 

 

First, please make sure the check scanner is NOT plugged into the computer. Drivers need to be installed first. 


Please log into Entrata from portal.horizonra.com. 

 

At the top right click the box with a question mark and select "Downloads".


 

Select "DigitalCheck Drivers" from the list.



Be sure to run the zip file downloaded from that link. If using Chrome, it will appear at the bottom of the browser window.


Open this zip file and double click it in the list to install it. Select yes when Windows asks if you want to allow it. 


Please be sure the scanner is unplugged from your computer before you run these drivers.


Follow the prompts through the window that opens to fully install the drivers. 


Once the install is complete you can plug the check scanner back into your computer.
