Receipts are required to be attached to all charges within your Concur statement.
Recurring charges that don’t automatically send receipts are exempt (software subscriptions, Facebook, Google and Jive).
You have three ways of managing receipts:
- Download the Concur Mobile app to use ExpenseIt - this is the recommended method since it automatically matches the receipt with the charge
- Email receipts to Receipts@concur.com – they will be stored in your “Available Receipts” section to choose and manually match with a charge
- Scan and save receipts to later manually attach to each charge in your statement
Below are links to training videos on all aspects of Concur Expense, including how to set up and use ExpenseIt. If you have ANY questions on managing your credit card please don’t hesitate to contact me --- emurray@horizonra.com.

ACTION REQUIRED ---- Please watch Video #2 and Video #3 to make sure you have the most updated version of the Concur Mobile app. If your app doesn’t look like what is on Video #3, please uninstall from your phone and reinstall using the instructions in Video #2.
IMPORTANT ---- The Concur Mobile app will allow you to take pictures of receipts and code them, but you WILL NOT be able to manage your actual statement within the app for things such as inputting descriptions, manually attaching receipts to charges, and submitting your statement. You will need to do all of that from a desktop or laptop.
Helpful Hints you might not know:
- Make a recurring appointment in your to-do calendar to log into your Concur statement one day per week and manage your charges. You’ll thank yourself when the 1st of the month rolls around.
- There are two types of Concur profiles assigned ---- corporate and property. Corporate profiles are for corporate employees/multi-site employees and Property profiles are for single-site employees. What’s the difference? Multi-Site employees set up with a Corporate profile will always need to allocate to one of their sites for every charge on their statement since they are hooked to corporate by default.
- Property profile users also have the option to charge back a site other than their own on their Concur report by using the allocate button and choosing a property. Always remember to click the “intercompany” box when choosing a site other than your own.
- If you have multiple charges that will all use the same code and description, you can select all of them, click “Edit”, and code and put in a description.
- If you have multiple charges that all need to be allocated to a site other than your default, you can select all of them, click “Allocate” and choose the property (remember to click the “intercompany” box).
- You need to type in your full name in the business purpose box if coding to the A/R Employee or Corp – A/R Employee codes so that Sue can see who needs to be charged back. She cannot see card names or numbers on the concur import report.
