Purpose (Why we do it):
Horizon's student properties forecast GPR through the lease up to determine the pricing changes that need to be made to meet or exceed budget post move in.
Policy (What you're supposed to do):
The Pre-Lease report in Entrata should be used to forecast GPR when making pricing decisions. If pricing adjustments are not made, the Property Manager and Regional Manager should forecast GPR at least 1x a month.
