Steps:
- When a resident transfers, their login may stop working. You will need to reset their password
- Go to the resident's profile > Quick edit (right hand side) > Edit
- Type in a new password
- Check the "Email Password" box
- Click "Save"
- Alternately, you can go to the resident's profile > Household > Resident's Name > Resident Portal Settings > Edit Resident Portal Settings
- Type in a new password
- Check the "Email Password" box
- Click "Save Information"
- The resident must login with this temporary password with 24 hours and change their password in resident portal. They can do this by:
- Logging in with temporary email and temporary password
- Go to "Settings" Wheel in top right hand corner > Personal Information > Update Password
- Type in Current (temporary) password and a New Password
- Click "Save Changes"
