Steps:

  1. When a resident transfers, their login may stop working. You will need to reset their password
  2. Go to the resident's profile > Quick edit (right hand side) > Edit
  3. Type in a new password 
  4. Check the "Email Password" box
  5. Click "Save"
  6. Alternately, you can go to the resident's profile > Household > Resident's Name > Resident Portal Settings > Edit Resident Portal Settings
  7. Type in a new password 
  8. Check the "Email Password" box
  9. Click "Save Information"
  10. The resident must login with this temporary password with 24 hours and change their password in resident portal. They can do this by:
    1. Logging in with temporary email and temporary password
    2. Go to "Settings" Wheel in top right hand corner > Personal Information > Update Password
    3. Type in Current (temporary) password and a New Password
    4. Click "Save Changes"
