Placement Addendums

Steps:

  1. Once placement is locked in, placement addendums will need to be sent out. 
  2. Go to Residents > All Residents > Filter All Residents
  3. Change "Lease Start Date" to the month of the new lease term
  4. Select the residents (Please note that if you click the box to select all, it will only select all on that page (up to 50 residents). A box will appear letting you know to CLICK HERE to select all that return with those search parameters)
  5. Click the upside-down triangle next to the "Email" button
  6. Click "Document"
  7. Select the document titled "HRA Exclusive Space Addendum"
  8. Select the signatures needed for "Primary" and "Co-Signer"
  9. Click "Continue"
  10. Select the "I Acknowledge" box
  11. Click "Generate All"
  12. Select the "Send an email invitation for the resident to sign" box
  13. Click "Finish"
  14. Once the documents have been generated, a box will appear at the top of the "all residents" screen letting you know. It will have an option to click and view all documents in one file.
  15. All of the documents generated will be added under each individual account in the documents tab.
