Finding which version of Windows is installed

Step 1: Right click the Start button on the taskbar

Step 2: Left click System in the list

Right Click ^

Step 3: In the window that opens, scroll down until you see Windows Specifications, then click Copy

If you don't see the option to copy, screenshot the info listed using the Snipping Tool (windows key + shift + S)

Paste either the text or screenshot in an email or form as needed.
