HRA offers a 401(K) Plan through Voya Financial to employees aged 21 and over. Employees can begin contributing after completing 90 days of service. The Company matches 100% up to 3% of the participant elective payroll deferral, then 50% on the next 2% for a combined potential match of 4%.

 

The SECURE Act 2.0


The SECURE Act 2.0 (Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Act 2.0) is a follow-up to the original SECURE Act, passed in 2019. The Secure Act 2.0 has mandated a minimum Auto Enroll requirement of 3% for all eligible participants effective January 1, 2025. New hires onboarded after January 1, 2025 will automatically be enrolled in the plan at a contribution rate of 3% of their compensation, unless they opt-out or choose another investment option. Contributions will be made on a pre-tax basis. ***Please note: Your automatic contribution rate will increase by 1% each Plan Year.***


We encourage you to review the attachments for additional details about the automatic deferral and take full advantage of the retirement savings options available to you. You can change your contribution rate or opt out through Voya.
