Purpose (Why we do this):
At HRA, we are dedicated to providing our team members with training that allows them to feel confident in their new role. Your property is only as strong as your weakest team member.
Policy (What you’re supposed to do):
To maintain consistency across all Horizon properties and roles, we are requiring the Onboarding procedure to be completed. The property manager and the on-site team will be responsible for introducing our new leasing manager to the HRA way property specific processes.
Training and Talent Development will be involved in systems training, HRA expectations, and HRA protocol.
Procedure (HRA Way!):
Please follow the attached Onboarding Checklist and submit to your Regional Manager and training@horizonra.com once completed.
