Leasing Agent Onboarding Protocol

Purpose (Why we do this):

 At HRA, we are dedicated to providing our team members with training that allows them to feel confident in their new role. Your property is only as strong as your weakest team member.

Policy (What you’re supposed to do):

To maintain consistency across all Horizon properties and roles, we are requiring the Onboarding procedure to be completed. The property manager and the on-site team will be responsible for introducing our new leasing agents to the HRA way. 

Procedure (HRA Way!):

 Please follow the attached Onboarding Checklist and submit to your Regional Manager and training@horizonra.com once completed and use the attachments below for resources.

- Attachments include Horizon Leasing Kit, Horizon Leasing Kit Instructor Guide, Job Description - Leasing Consultant, New Leasing Professional Training Agenda, and Leasing Professional Training Checklist.
