How to Update the Available on Date without a Current Make Ready

1. Beginning from your Entrata Dashboard

2. Hover over "Residents" and Click "Maintenance"


3. Click "Make Ready Board"


4. Review your Availability Report and confirm the apartment you wish to update the Available on Date


5. From the Make Ready Board we will need to create a new Make Ready for the apartment since the previous one has been closed by Maintenance. Click the Green Plus Button


6. Click the "Search Residents or Units..." field - Type "23-103" to find the most recent resident.


7. Identify the most recent name from the list based on the move-out date


8. Uncheck the box "Associate to Resident"


9. Click "Assignment"


10. Update the Make Ready End Date to the new date

11. Click the new date in this example 9/26/2024


12. Click "Create Work Order"


13. Regenerate your "Availability Report" to confirm the move-in date has been adjusted. You can also Complete the Make Ready for the apartment for the maintenance team so the Apartment is marked as available (ready).
