Turn Staffing

Purpose (Why we do this):


Turn staffing will drive a successful turn. All team members play a critical role in a property’s success. Depending on the site’s needs, seasonal employees will need to be hired and trained on the PLEDGE and Horizon’s expectations.

 

Policy (What you're supposed to do):

  • Evaluate current full-time staff.
  • Hire seasonal employees (as needed).


Procedure (HRA Way!):

  1. Evaluate current team's strengths and areas of improvement.
  2. Make any changes with the turn team to properly position people based on their strengths.
  3. Review incoming resumes for seasonal help. Keep in mind the goal at hand and make sure all interviews stress the high demand of turn.
