JOB POSTINGS

1. Complete a Job Posting Request via the HR Typeform.

2. Complete a Human Resources Form under the Support button in the bottom right corner of any page on The Source.

3. Managing applicant statuses in recruiting is mandatory. Please confirm applicant has completed application in Recruiting prior to submitting new hire request. Hiring Managers (HM) should complete the following:

  • When a candidate applies Paylocity will automatically label them as "New Application Status".
  • HM should review all applications and switch status to "Application Received" which will
let the candidates know we have received their completed application and the most qualified
candidates will be contacted directly by the HM.
  • Once the ideal candidates are identified, and the interview has been scheduled, switch the candidate's status to "Scheduled In Person Interview 1" and then "In Person Interview 1 Completed" after interview is conducted.
  • Switch all other candidates not being considered for an interview to either "Rejected - Not Qualified" or "Not Hired - More Qualified Candidate".
  • Once HM has identified the person they want to hire/have made the verbal offer, keep
candidate in "In Person Interview 1 Completed" and then submit the new
hire request (See Onboarding/Offboarding Protocol). From there, HR will move the candidate to the offer letter stage.
  • In the event a candidate withdraws or changes their mind, the HM can use the "Candidate
    Withdrew" status.
  • If new applications are received after a candidate is in the onboarding process, HR will
switch applications to "Not Hired - More Qualified Candidate" and will close the job
    posting.
