Maintenance Team - Role and Responsibilities

Purpose (Why we do this):


To identify the team structure and Job responsibilities for Maintenance Personnel.

 

Policy (What you’re supposed to do):


The size of the maintenance team at each community will be defined by the Regional Manager and Property Manager based on the size of the property, maintenance payroll budget, and property needs based on the time of year.

Refer to the following resources for the current Job Descriptions for a maintenance team.

  • Maintenance Supervisor

  • Maintenance Technician

  • Maintenance Porter / Groundskeeper

  • Maintenance Cleaner / Housekeeper
