To open a Share Mailbox such as the property leasing email, please follow the steps below.
Web Browser Access
If you are using the web browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.) for your email access, please click your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Open another mailbox".
A box will then open for you to type the email address. Type the full email address then click the Open button. This will open as a secondary tab in your browser.
If you receive an error stating you do not have permission, please email techsupport@horizonra.com requesting permission to the mailbox you are trying to access.
Outlook Application Access
If you are using the Outlook app, and access has already been given to you, please scroll to the bottom of the left hand column where you should see the mailbox as a secondary mailbox. The newer version of Oultook will have a "Shared with me" dropdown that houses your shared mailboxes.
If you don't see the mailbox in this list, please email techsupport@horizonra.com requesting permission to the mailbox you are trying to access.
Note: Please keep in mind it takes about 45 minutes after permission has been granted to access the mailbox. If you don't see it in the list after that time, please completely close Outlook and open it again to access it.
