Purpose (Why we do this):


Horizon properties offer great amenities such as pools and spas. We want to preserve these assets to the best of our abilities and maintain a safe environment and pristine appearance for our residents.

 

Policy (What you’re supposed to do):

  • Establish a routine
  • Testing Chemicals & logging data
  • Maintain Pool & Spa Curb Appeal
  • State Requirements/Regulations and Safety
  • Staffing/Vendors
  • Certifications

 

Procedure (HRA Way!):


Establish a routine: The Pool and Spa routine will ensure proper opening procedures are in place and the PLEDGE is being upheld. Listed below is an example of how opening should operate.

(Pool/Spa Daily Routine:)

  • Clear the pool area of trash and debris.
  • Set up all pool furniture, making our amenity eye appealing from the outside in.
  • Test pool chemicals, log daily readings and make chemical adjustments as needed.
  • Vacuum Pool.
  • Test spa chemicals, log daily readings and make adjustments as needed.
  • Vacuum Spa as needed.
