Horizon Preferred Vendors

Purpose (Why we do this):

Horizon’s preferred vendor list provides recommended vendors that offer exclusive discount pricing to Horizon sites. Additionally, the preferred vendor list includes continual support through direct access to assigned representatives.

Policy (What you’re supposed to do):

Properties must exercise fiscal responsibility by utilizing our discounts with our preferred vendors. Any bulk orders should go through Horizon’s Purchasing Manager to ensure we capture the best savings available.

Procedure (HRA WAY!):

Familiarize yourself with Horizon’s Preferred Vendor List and review pricing options prior to placing orders. Utilize your local reps and Purchasing Manager as bulk orders arise.
