Purpose (Why we do this):
The budgeting process and tools we use to create budgets and report to the Partners for approval are integral to understand the health of the HRA portfolio. These training calls are an introduction and refresher for you to successfully create the budget for your property in the upcoming year.
Policy (What you're supposed to do):
The training sessions will be recorded and posted here. Please attend the calls and participate if you have questions that arise during the call. The PM is responsible for building a budget for approval for their property. This includes all components of the PLEDGE of Excellence!
