Adding a Holiday/Closed Office Hours to GoTo

To adjust office hours please log into the GoTo admin portal here.

If you don't have a GoTo account please put in a support ticket by clicking the support button on the bottom right of any page of The Source. Here are the steps to do so.


Submitting a support ticket


Once logged in, select the Phone System option in the left hand column.

Select Office Hours on the right side of the page. 

 

Select the Holidays tab and click "Add holiday" button. 

 

 

Name the Holiday and select the date. 



If you need to add a partial day rather than a full day closed, deselect the "All day" toggle and adjust the hours as needed. 


Note - The hours you set on the Holiday schedule will be the closed hours.
