To submit a support ticket please visit the Horizon Portal at portal.horizonra.com. Here you will see a Support widget at the bottom right of the page.
Clicking the Support button will show a list of ticket forms. Please select the form that best relates to your inquiry. If you are unsure of the correct department, please select HelpDesk and the ticket will be routed to the correct department.
The Support button can also be found on any page of The Source.
