Purpose (Why we do this):

Sound Wi-Fi provides high-speed internet service to communities across Horizon.

Policy (What you're supposed to do):

Sound Wi-Fi offers a convenient service that allows residents to pay through their resident portal, eliminating the hassle of equipment fees and data limits. Prospects and renewals should automatically have a monthly charge on their account or is included in the Utility Fee.
