Purpose (Why we do this):
Message Center templates are email templates that allow you to quickly personalize and send out your communication while maintaining HRA's standards.
Policy (What you're supposed to do):
Message Center templates are used to convey information to a large number of leads and residents. It doesn't replace lead follow up.
Procedure (HRA Way!):
- Open Message Center
- Click on Create New Email
- Select Recipients/List
- Compose Message
- Use Template
- Choose from Template Library
- Select Prospects folder
- Click on the preferred template and it will highlight in red
- Click on Use Selected
- Merge fields will automatically update to your property
- Update all items highlighted in yellow
- Add email banner
- Preview Email
- Send a test email
- Make sure all links/information is accurate
