It’s time to choose your leasing campaign for the year! Use the 2025 Renewal Catalog to view renewal campaigns, real-life examples, links to each Canva template, and more! To be successful, this campaign will need to be the face of your marketing for the next year. Treat it just like your property branding; the more you see it, the more recognizable you are to your audience.


To ensure consistency and alignment with our overall brand and renewal strategy, we are requiring this year for you to choose one of the 14 all-inclusive campaigns hosted within the Horizon Canva Team Space. Any other campaign will not be accepted.

Things to keep in mind when choosing your campaign:

  • How’s your omnipresence? Renewal campaigns are at their best when they’re paired with strong omnipresence.
    (Omnipresence refers to evergreen materials that utilize property messaging and market your brand identity vs.
    renewal materials which have a start and end date and are specific to your renewal efforts.)
  • Does this campaign fit your demographic, and your property’s tone and voice?
  • Is this a campaign you can commit to all year-round? Switching campaigns mid-year can be confusing to your audience and lessen the trust they have in your property.
  • Is there a sister property using the same campaign? If you have a sister in your same market, i.e. Raleigh, Eugene, Orlando, College Station, etc., please make sure you all have different campaigns. This will help your prospects and residents easily identify which property they’re receiving marketing from.
  • Most importantly, have fun with it! Use this theme for your resident events, message center emails, tabling on campus, and eventually move-in day!
