Teams Audio Adjustments

If you are having audio issues such as your mic or speakers are working on Teams calls, here are some steps to help you troubleshoot. 


If you are joining a call from a calendar invite, you will see the below menu just before joining the call. 


 

Clicking the button in the picture above will allow you to view your audio and video settings. 

 

Please be sure the Speaker drop down and the Microphone dropdown have the correct equipment selected.


 

If you are already in a call you can find these settings in the top right corner under the "More" button. 

Select, More -> Settings -> Device Settings.
