Purpose (Why we do this):
Residents can submit reviews through their Resident Portal. Through Entrata, we can respond to these reviews and publish them to the property website. If the review has a low rating or negative comments, we can respond to these reviews but we don’t have to publish them to the property website. Currently, only 3 and 4 star published reviews are visible on the website.
Policy (What you're supposed to do):
Please respond to these reviews as outlined in the Reputation management article in Horizon Answers.

- Tools
- Reputation Management
- Select your property
- Update date range
5. Review dashboard shows average star rating and recommendations.

6. Click on Reviews tab to view individual reviews:
7. Click on a review and then “respond to review”:

Note: If you accidentally publish a review, it’s easily reversible. Click “unpublish” and the review will no longer show on your property website.
