Property Managers, Regional Managers, and Department Heads now have the ability to enter pay increases, employment status changes, payroll code changes, transfers and offboards directly through their employees' records in Paylocity. Built right into Paylocity's suite, Employee Action Forms will eliminate the manual process of sending changes through the HR Typeform/Source, tracking down approvals, and making sure everything remains on track.
Once the EAF is submitted via the employee record in Paylocity, it will be routed to the team member's direct supervisor for review/approval. Once approved by their direct supervisor, it will be routed to HR for final review. Once approved by HR, the changes will be made instantly on the team member's employee record.
New hire requests and job posting requests will still need to be submitted through the HR typeform.
