Purpose (Why we do this):
The purpose of this form is to provide written documentation of an agreement made with a resident that is unhappy with their experience at a property.
Policy (What you are supposed to do):
This form should only be used when approved by a Regional Manager or Horizon Executive. This should be used when you are making an exception to a lease termination clause of your rental agreement, giving a significant rent credit for a situation that occurred or any other significant exception you are making to community policies to satisfy a customer.
